Having just moved into a Condo I needed to have all of my appliances repaired in some manner. Matt was efficient, professional, knew exactly what to do and did everything in a timely manner. He was punctual for every visit and was terrific to work with. I can not say enough about his service.

We are a B&B in Breck and we do all of our own laundry. Our dryer stopped heating and frantically, we called the first appliance repair shop we saw…they scheduled us two weeks out. Knowing we couldn’t wait, we called around that evening and Matt said he could give us next-day service. He came by after normal work hours because he understood how urgent our need was. Very quick & efficient. Very nice guy. Helped us out in a pinch and made it super easy for us along the way. He is our new go-to appliance guy!! Highly recommend. Thanks Matt for your amazing service! I’m sure we’ll be seeing you again soon.

Matt was awesome and super nice. First he answered his phone then he showed up on time! Same day! Then he stay with our issue until it was completely resolved. I could have hugged him.

We tried to clean out our dryer vent ourselves with a brush and we accidentally reversed the drill and the brush came off somewhere between the dryer vent and the dryer – Matt saved the day for sure! Thank you so much!

5 stars for communication and professionalism! I submitted a claim through my stove’s warrantee company and they sent the claim to Ace for repairs. The team reached out to me, got me scheduled, and followed through with repairs in a professional and timely manner. I will absolutely be going to Ace for future appliance repairs.
