How can one repairman do so much? Call Ace Appliance Repair to find out! Matt. E is the most skilled, efficient, courteous repairman my husband and I have ever worked with. Not only does he communicate promptly, set the date of the service, and send texts to let you know his arrival time, he also saves the customer money by telling you the truth of the condition of your appliances. It doesn’t take him long to diagnose a problem and recommend solutions that work. To me that’s an added value! Definitely our Summit County community is fortunate to have such a talented company in our area!! I am extremely motivated to write this positive review after asking the owner how I could let people know the best way to rate this company. He suggested I write a review on Yelp and Google.

I have been using Ace for over four years. The quality of service is excellent, the work always lasts, and the team delivers on what they promise. They have repaired, over the years, a washer, dryer, the ignition on my oven, and my ice maker in my freezer that broke. Also offered guidance on how to keep my appliances running better at high altitude which I very much appreciate.
Having just moved into a Condo I needed to have all of my appliances repaired in some manner. Matt was efficient, professional, knew exactly what to do and did everything in a timely manner. He was punctual for every visit and was terrific to work with. I can not say enough about his service.
We are a B&B in Breck and we do all of our own laundry. Our dryer stopped heating and frantically, we called the first appliance repair shop we saw…they scheduled us two weeks out. Knowing we couldn’t wait, we called around that evening and Matt said he could give us next-day service. He came by after normal work hours because he understood how urgent our need was. Very quick & efficient. Very nice guy. Helped us out in a pinch and made it super easy for us along the way. He is our new go-to appliance guy!! Highly recommend. Matt was awesome and super nice. First he answered his phone then he showed up on time! Same day! Then he stay with our issue until it was completely resolved. I could have hugged him.
We tried to clean out our dryer vent ourselves with a brush and we accidentally reversed the drill and the brush came off somewhere between the dryer vent and the dryer – Matt saved the day for sure! Thank you so much!
5 stars for communication and professionalism! I submitted a claim through my stove’s warrantee company and they sent the claim to Ace for repairs. The team reached out to me, got me scheduled, and followed through with repairs in a professional and timely manner. I will absolutely be going to Ace for future appliance repairs.
